I don't understand the wording of this part, though. Did the cops have the teen set this up without parental consent?

Man, I'm sorry but I have serious issues with this one.
The other thread was talking about a 13 year old boy and a 30 year old woman.
Here we have a 16 year old boy and a 33 year old.
Dunno bout you guys but I was WAAAAY more developed at 16 than 13 physically, mentally, emotionally, maturely, etc.
Ridiculous IMO.

To some teenagers, if a chick is 33, she may as well be 60. He didn't want that "old" lady hitting on him.
