Williams is ABSOLUTELY a headliner because of his ranking and him being the no.1 guy in LA.
Pocic is a borderline headliner to me. I could go with him but I also think not quite.

I said Williams because he seems to be the only player who can currently fill your bill - Louisiana prospect and consensus top 50.
I'm as confident as I can be on Williams without being certain, so I would relax on that one.

The criteria for being a HEADLINER at LSU should be real, real high for an elite national power.
