I like their intentions but this isn't going to do much. The best thing to do is just keep making efforts to make people aware of how shitty soft drinks are..

Way to go, you can still by 32oz beers and 40oz malt liquors, but only 16oz soft drinks.
How's the economy in NYC? Still driving people out with taxes they can't afford which means less income so you have to raise taxes more instead of cutting expenses.....
But at least this have that whole soft drink controversy finally taken care of.

If you expect the government to pay for your healthcare then the government had the right to limit your intake of crap. But this society feels entitled to everything and doesn't see it that way.
