| 3rd annual "out of nowhere" predictions (Posted on 5/10/12 at 12:55 pm)
2010 I predicted Stevan Ridley would rush over a thousand yards. Ridley finished with 1,147 yards. LINK 2011 Ron Brooks was my vote for unsung hero. "3/4 ints 4 sacks 3 forced fumbles. 2 tds" was my predicted stat line. Brooks finished with 3.5 sacks, 2 FF, 3 FR, 2 ints, and 2 tds. LINK Both guys worked there way into position during their lengthy stay at LSU and were drafted in the 3rd/4th rounds. This year might not be as big of a reach, but Jarvis Landry is ready to step out of RR's shadow IMO. Statline for 2012 : 55 catches ,912 yard, 7 TDs , 3 decapitations on KO coverage. Keep the streak alive

Paul Turner returns at least 2 kickoffs for touchdowns if not more.

Does Turner have the speed to return KO's or punts?

He returned every kick for the purple team in the spring game. He ran a 4.03 shuttle and 4.43 40 in Hoover before his senior year.

Good call on Fiest. Wouldn't surprise me if he's starting by midseason

I really wouldn't call that out of nowhere. In fact, I'm kind of expecting it.

Without even researching, let me guess, he went to west Monroe?

TM7 plays well, but doesn't live up to expectations once we get into SEC play.

Yes. He did and was a stud. Is that a problem?
