Geaux Zone question

What package is the best? I'm thinking of getting the 4 month package one just for the baseball games. How does it work? Does every sport come on there or what?

I'm not certain but every package is the same just the length and price per moth is different

one month will be the most expensive
4 month second to most expensive or second to least expensive
12 month least expensive

what I would do if you plan to use it only for baseball I would buy the 4 month package if you plan to use it for all three major sports I would get the 12 month package.

BTW if you go look at the individual team schedules you can see what games are available on Video or audio only.

yellow video camera is video

yellow speaker is audio only

usually major sports is video on home games and audio only on away games, they have audio only for televised games

re: Geaux Zone question

I got the four month sub Thursday night to watch baseball season. The first thing I did was set up three reminders in my yahoo mail account to remind me to cancel sometime during the first two weeks of June, since it is an auto renewal.

Last season to make sure I didn't get charged again I cancelled my sub with about a month left. The SOB's cancelled it immediately.

This is not like a porn site where you get cancelled at the end of your subscription. I had to email about four times and the last time I just copied the email and sent it to every department on their selection of "send email to" list. They re-instated my sub but I still had to cancel before the renewal date.

I still don't believe that crap. You could buy a year's subscription, cancel after a week, and they will keep all of your money and immediately turn your access off. Strange way of doing business.

But other than that, it is definitely worth it for baseball season. You can go and watch video archives of other sports and will be able to catch quite a few softball games and maybe a couple mens and/or womens basketball games. If every football game wasn't already on TV I would have the year-round subscription.

LINK

You can check out Geaux Zone for free. They will let you watch short highlight films. Living too far away to go to home games, Geaux Zone has been great for me. It has every sport there is, press conferences and coach's shows.

If a game is nationally televised then you won't get a live video feed. You can watch a video replay of every game though after the fact. Live audio is available for every game.

Live video is available if it is regionally televised and you live out of the region. ESPN3 is great also but I have a feeling they will start charging soon and it won't be cheap.

Was just coming over here to praise Geaux Zone for once in my life. They did a really good job with the iPad version, although it sucks that you have to pay an extra 7 bucks for the LSU Sports Premium app. The video feed is very high quality. I am very impressed. Anyone know if it works on a 3G connection? Im using the WiFi at my house right now but intend on using it while on the road in the future.

Can you watch the live video on your iPad? Tried for the 1st time last night and the live video of the baseball game would not work.

I have gotten the 4 month deal for the last several baseball seasons. It is worth it to me for the games I cannot attend in person.

For out of the area Tiger baseball fans who can't watch any broadcast TV games, it is a must buy.

I usually cancel my subscription after the SEC tourney to avoid the automatic credit card renewal.

Yea, you have to download the LSUsports premium app for $6.99. I haven't tried it on a 3G connection yet but it worked great on wifi. I hope it works though. Most of my viewing will be through a 3G connection while on the road. I wonder what that's going to do to my usage rates
