Heard its going to look structurally very similar to the iPad 2.
This is total conjecture, but I'm betting that from here on out, we see a consistent yearly pattern with their new devices/refreshes:
iPad 3 (better specs, same design)
iPhone 5 (redesign + specs)
Then the next year, we'll have an "iPad 4" (which is a design refresh + specs), but an "iPhone 5S".
They'll redesign the tablet while only refreshing specs on the phone, & then the next year, they'll flip it, redesigning the phone while only refreshing specs on the tablet. They aren't going to make as big of a deal out of their iOS updates anymore with OTA pushes becoming more common, so the products take center stage again.
