I know several in the Folsom/Covington area if you can't find one closer I can give you a few names.

Also.... Have fun this is a MAJOR PIA and most of the time expensive to remove and repair after removed. I will for you in advance, had this issue twice now....

Thanks. They say it's best to not kill them and just relocate them. Cheaper just to smoke them out I would think.

I've got the equipment for smoke but I've never used it (just went to classes). Pretty sure the smoke just makes them docile but won't get rid of them. I suggest you use a real beekeeper. They're usually grateful to obtain a colony.

I think the owner of Garret Neal Salon is a beekeeper. Can't remember if it was him or one of his friends. Garret Neal is his name lol

The produce stand on Range sells local honey. Give them a call for the supplier. I think they are from Walker. There used to be one down 4H Club Road near Hwy 16 but never saw a name. Just a sign selling local honey.

Deseret Raw Honey. He lives in St Amant. (225) 323-3963

His name is Micheal. He's a good guy. There's one in Livingston I might be able to get a number for if you like.

Bobby Frierson. 225.664.6956 or 225.241.6132 in DS.

LSU Ag center has a list of people who will remove bees as well.

A friend ordered some bees in the mail years ago. He had to pick them up at the main post office, and they were in a box with screens for air and bright warning labels that it contained live bees.

In the parking lot, a lady who resembled Oprah asked, “Do you really have bees in that box?” He said, “Yeah. Do you want to see them?” She hollered, “You better not bring them bees over here!!”

Bees always make me think of that and laugh.
