I would live Miles as the AD

Think Barry Alvarez, but funnier. And he could step in and coach as interim as we start the coaching carousel for the next 10 years

If not we may hire a grad assst to be the coach

I have no problems with Les being AD. I think he would do a good job maybe even great. But question is does Les want to be AD? Sounds like he really wants to be a coach again.
