A front page story in USA Today (today..print). I can't find it online. But here are some quotes:
'Americans overwhelmingly disagree with President Trump on just about everything..'
"He's just really intent on keeping the nation divided.'
'No empathy, no compassion; just all about him and tweeting.'
'For the first time in the Trump presidency the majority of the country think the economy is in recovery but 2/3 still say the country is on the wrong track.'
'His underwater approval ratings and the public's anxiety hold perils for his presidency.'
It's from an official USA Today Poll, so it must be accurate.

It's written that way. IE, USA Today has been taking polls 'Is the economy in recovery?' during Trump's adm. This is the first time 'yes' has been over 50%. It's currently at 53%. I don't understand it either.
Edit: The contradiction is why USA Today concludes that the public's optimism about the economy is not founded on reality.

20% or so hate Trump so much that they think recovery is actually the "wrong track" because it might help insure his reelection.

Agree with that.....this applies to both sides but the shame of the political arena in this country is 1 side wants the power so bad that they hope the country fails in order to get it
