I thought it was a good idea. I thought his recruiting talent and the expertise of some great coordinators would be the new model for success moving forward. I was wrong.

Yep. I thought with the remaining talent plus a proven commodity in Aranda and a potentially good OC in Canada we'd muster up 8 or so wins this year and the spiraling would start next year. Boy did I underestimate just how shitty he is
