Can anyone recommend a good post-construction / post-renovation home cleaning company in Baton Rouge? Wrapping up a renovation and I don't think there is a surface in the house that doesn't have sheetrock dust or random paint/grout splashed on it.

TIA.

ETA. Preferably someone that won't steal my shite and rape the dog.

Do you not have a wife or children you could exploit for free labor?

I'll do it for $2000. I can provide references if necessary and can have it done in a couple days or so. Just pick the scent you'd like for me to leave behind and relax.

Actually, no. And for the poster who said "do it yourself", it is a mess and well beyond anything I want to deal with.

Serious answer: Who did the renovation work? Did you hire a contractor to oversee the project?

Because if so, having sheetrock dust and paint/grout splashed everywhere and them being 'done' with the project is not acceptable.

Merry Maids send in a team and knock it out. And they do it well.

Normally I would opt for the naked maid thing but in this case, given how nasty it is, that might not work out well for anyone.

I've used Merry Maids several times in the past few years for moving into a new house, a big remodel job and for my rent house. they are pricey, but they get in quick and do a great job.

Thanks. Wasn't sure if serious the first time. Sounded like one of those French Maid services.

Brieze Gutierrez 978-7383

She will send several to clean and charge about $20 hour per person with insurance. Depending on the size probably half a day but nothing will disappear and it will be spotless.

Most others out there charge about .25 - .35 a square foot.
