I've never been much of a reader but I have been inspired by my son who is an avid reader and it made me want to dabble. This book is your basic white vs Black law battle by Grisham and I thought it was good. Takes you on a time warp to the old days when things were different in the old South. Big Will contest between a black woman and a rich white family.

Chipper Jones ballplayer was a solid peak into the life and times of Chipper and how he loved the game and his struggles with marriage and his injuries etc. More of a light hearted read but as a Braves fan it was a must for me. My favorite part was him discussing umpires.

Looking for more suggestions. Doesn't have to be classics but I really enjoy true crime.
