Hey guys!
Leaving on my honeymoon in just a few days! We're staying at the Hard Rock resort. If anyone's stayed there and has advice on things to do (restaurants, tours/excursions, other activities) while there I'd really appreciate it.
TIA!

When you check in, try to upgrade your room. At least location. Back of the resort near the beach seems to have to the best rooms with great balconies. The rooms in the middle of the resort looked depressing. All the pools and good restaurants are close to the beach.
It ends up being a far walk to the casino and main hall, but it's worth it in my opinion.
Eden pool is fun. Check it out with your ole lady.
And get in your massage day before you get sunburn.

Went last year. The golf course is a pretty good one if you play. We went on an excursion to Catalina Island for snorkeling that was a lot of fun. The beach and water are awesome. I like the little tiki bar on the beach for hanging at night. Also, the hibachi is far and away the best food on the resort. The other places are OK but nothing special. The casino had $20 minimums on all table games. I wish I'd gone during football season because they have a pretty cool sportsbook there with TVs/projectors etc. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey thatoneguy, we are heading here in about 20 days. Just wanted to check and see how your experience was and if you (or anyone else) had any pointers?

One gentle bump, just in case anyone can provide any pointers.

I'm keeping tabs on this thread. Heading there in May for a wedding.

You guys may be relying on me then
Heading down March 2-6 for One Big Holiday - I've never done the 'destination music festival' thing, so not sure how that will skew the experience from any other trip.
