Hello gents - I evidently lost my hunters safety course card, but have my hunting lic and deer tags. I'm requesting a new one, but I'm thinking it won't be here before bow season opens. How much crap will I get if I have lic/tags but no safety course card? I've never been asked for it before, always just lic.

Go to Ldwf site and print out a temporary. I just mailed all of the crap needed for my lifetime. That was one of the documents that I didn't have. Be sure to type in the zip code of where you where living when you acquired your initial hunter education card.

Look on your hunting license,it should have your hunters safety card number on it somewhere. When I buy a fishing license its on there also

I pretty much never carry my hunter's safety card because the number is on my lifetime license.

I'm AL, all you have to do is go to alabamaoutdoors.com, put in your last name and social, and it will pop up. I would think other states are similar.
