No spawn. Used crawfish tails all morning & got 3-man limit if rainbows. Threw back a lot of small Brooks. Caught n released another 3 man limit after lunch on artificial worms.

Nice. It's been a long time since I've caught a limit of rainbows.

We used to go every May or June and catch 100's per day. Mostly on kernel corn or crawfish. Was always an awesome time!

My grandparents ran a guide service where the white and norfork run together. Most of my weekends were spent splashing around in that water.
I have been busy remodeling all summer but I think as soon as I get back from Wyoming you may have just prompted me to head back up there. Best thing about trout, they don't live any ugly places.

Nice stocky rainbow. I've seen newlands. Looks like a cozy place. Theres some great deep holes up in that area of the river. There's a few properties for sale around there and near Gastons that I'd give up a kidney to own.

Those places would take a kidney to own. Talked with Mr. Newland a bit, that place has been in his family since the early 60s. No telling what that place is worth now.

Try a fly rod next time once you limit out. Nice part of the world. Glad you had a good trip.
