Eminem had a glitch in his conditioning a few years ago with Musberger and Herbie on Monday Night Football. I think Musberger's laugh messed with the program.

It is a very old CIA program that has been known about for decades. The disinformation released about it recently admitted the program was real but had ceased operating back in the 1980s and claimed it was only a study about LSD's impact on the human brain.
People who worked for the program claim it was a program used to do some terrible things.
