What does O have that makes him more fit to be HC than Aranda?

He has been a head coach before. Also I don't think Dave Aranda is very good with the The press or public speaking. Maybe he doesn't want to be a head coach right now.

one thing that makes him for fit is that he much more of a people person. A head coach has to do a lot of talking to a lot of people. Also involves managing adults, media, dealing with admins, politicians, donors, etc. being a dc is nothing compared to a head coach.
