I was OK with the idea of not ripping a story straight from the comics but...

if you read some classic fantastic 4, this is pretty accurate, obviously they didn't have a black character in the comics. but a lot of it was coming to terms with what happened.

hopefully reed richards is a big of dick in the movie as he was in the comics.

so the script is going still going through rewrites as they shoot...

Then Marvel gets the rights back in 5 years and they show Fox how it's done.

Nope. Fox just keeps rebooting.

1. The first movie was awful
2. They were not "kids" discovering their powers.
3. They were superheroes.

we aren't looking at this as like, being superheroes. We're more or less a bunch of kids that had an accident and we have disabilities now that we have to cope with

I'm looking forward to this train wreck. It's like a bad issue of Marvel's "What If?" from the 70's.

They're shooting for this on Scenic Hwy today and maybe this weekend as well given the weather. Saw them setting up.

Then why make a movie?
Exactly.

I am so sick of political correctness. I mean, Superman, by his very name must offend all women and all men who are "not Super" and should therefore be banned.

Batman and Spiderman must surely need special permission from PETA to not offend the various winged mammals and 8 legged arachnids (and their advocates) out there.

A female Thor? A Black Captain America? Somebody out there wondered why there is no Gay Hulk... blink and there will be soon. PC gone amok.

I believe this culture has gone coo-coo.
