Fresh roasted corn appreciation thread

I might be weird but to me there is nothing better

Corn and shrimp are two things I can eat a ton of. I've eaten 5 ears before and with shrimp I can eat 2-3 lbs easy

Nothing better IMO

I like roasted/grilled corn in dishes, but I don't love it as corn on the cob except when the corn is a bit older. Otherwise, I prefer fresh corn pretty unadulterated, on the cob with butter.

Grilled corn is great. A close second is this Besh asian corn recipe.... LINK-This has a redfish recipe too
