Possible ads sending out trojans?

For the second time in as many days while reading tigerdroppings (specifically the OT) I have gotten a pop up from my virus scanner that it's caught a Trojan trying to load on my PC. Just wanted to alert you guys on your end to see if there is something you can do about it there.

The trojan is the swf2swc one which is particularly nasty and hard to get rid of once your PC is affected.
