RCArms.com

Icollector.com

I would like to say I would like to see his prices for any

Mosins (M44, m38, t53, m91,91/30,and others)
SKS's
K98
M24/47
M48
Japanese type 38 or 99
Swiss K11or K31
SMLE
FN's
Lee Enfields
Garlands
1903A3 (Remington or smith corona)
Krags

And other C&R eligible guns. I have my C&R so he can sell these directly to me without sending them through an FFL.

You know, by taking cash from one of us, in theory there could be a receipt written for ANY amount. That could come in handy if it's community property and he has to split the amount down the middle with the ex.

Say someone bought one for $1000 cash....but a receipt was "accidentally" written for $500 on the deal.....ex only pockets 2fiddy
I was thinking the very same thing.

Only if he's needing cash for a settlement, then apparently all assets have been identified and a partition made.

Yes,settlement amount has already been agreed upon.

The guy has had to make a choice, does he sell his place, or the guns? He wants to keep his place.

If you are trying to sell them locally (in La.) try this site. I stumbled upon it a few weeks ago and like it so far. Bought me a boat from there! LINK
