I have a really good feeling the Saints will lock up the 2 seed this weekend...but if they dont here are the weather reports for next weekend in select cities:

CHI + ARI + PHI + NO WIN = 5th Seed @ CHI
forecast: Mostly cloudy high of 25 and low of 16. 20% chance of rain with winds at 9 MPH.

GB/CHI + SF + PHI + NO WIN = 6th Seed @ PHI
forecast: Snow Shower. high of 31 low of 21. 40% chance of snow with winds at 10 MPH.

GB + ARI + DAL/PHI Win = 5th seed at GB
forecast: Snow Shower. high of 20 low of 9. 30% chance of snow with winds at 9 MPH.

I'm pulling for Dallas all the way and I would like to get the 5 seed so ARI as well. I know ARI losing means the Saints can lose and still get in but the Saints need to win no matter what. So this week my five teams to win are

1. ATL and NO
or
2. NO and CHI,ARI,and DAL.

Agreed. We get the 5th seed and play @Dallas. I think San Fran beats Chicago in the 1st round. Which means we'll go to Carolina and San Fran goes to Seattle. We can win @Carolina, IMO. San Fran beats Seattle, NFCCG in the dome vs. San Fran. In a perfect world.

We cant get the 5th seed and have San Fran in the playoffs I don't think. Something is off in your scenario. If San Fran is in they are the 5th.

No. Niners are already in. They clinched Monday night. They lose, we win, both teams are 11-5. We get the 5th in that scenario.

Yes, but they are 4-1 with Foles as the starter.

Road game at Lambeau would be a nightmare. Especially with Rodgers being back.

agreed...

Dallas is where the Saints would have the best chance for success. Not sure how it would happen though??? A Dallas win and a Packer win??? Should send the Saints to Dallas....

Dallas win and most likely the Saints are going to play them. Saints need SF to lose so they can get the 5th seed and possibly host a game or two.

Time to put on the daddy pants and win games regardless of where they are and what the weather is on a given day.

OK. They will paly Dallas as the 5 seed if Dallas wins?????

SF losing would be nice but we need the Panthers to lose more than anything else.... Funny how the GAME times will make a HUGE difference in how things turn out... Atl/Carolina is a noon game.... The Saints will know what has happened before they take the field.

Or they won't. If I were the coaches, I wouldn't let them know into the game is over.

The NFC East winner will be the 3rd seed. Cheer for Dallas Sunday night because with no Romo and in Jerry's World the Saints have a great shot at winning before heading to Seattle.

How? The Superdome displays the scores of all the games, all day.
