Of course he would claim that. It might also be true but I would bet he had to sit through some counseling / explanation of everything and he once again chose to ignore it.

He had to have some idea that based on his past he better tread carefully and he did not. I don't necessarily agree with all of the policies but since he is under contract he has agreed to them just as I have agreed to policies at my place of work. He got busted so see you, don't let the door hit ya.

Browner and Thurmond got suspended for smoking we

Irvin’s suspension followed the suspensions of Sherman and Browner in 2012 (both for Adderall, though Sherman’s was later overturned on appeal), and the earlier suspensions of guard John Moffitt, offensive tackle Allen Barbre, and defensive back Winston Guy. Moffit admitted that he took Adderall before he knew he needed a medical exemption. Take the Sherman appeal out, and the Seahawks still lead the league when it comes to such suspensions since 2010.

It's still pretty evident that there seems to be a good bit going on there the last few years.

"adderall"

It is very surprising that the amount of drug suspensions on the best team in the NFL is not a bigger story.

the main issue is that they put him in in stage 3 for not taking NFL drug tests when he was no longer in the NFL.

Who the hell assumes they should still be taking drug tests for a business they no longer work for?

when its a league that i am still trying to re-enter, and very possibly a member of the NFLPA still (ie still subject to NFL regulations) its a little different than if you or I got fired.

as someone in the drug program, he or his agent shouldve been on this.

which brings me to asking why he wouldnt have this paperwork sent to his agent instead of an ex.

This isn't double secret probation. I am sure the League has a lot of pieces of paper with his signature on them. Claiming ignorance doesn't cut it.....
