Anyone else hearing there could be a cancellation for tonight's game due to the shootings in DC?

Crazy day in DC...I would imagine they postpone the game and play a doubleheader tomorrow

Postponing wouldn't be a suprise. They're still on lockdown.

I absolutely do. I have 2 brothers that served. I post my comments about the shootings today in the OT Lounge. I am posting this here, since it is the MSB. I just heard they are using a parking lot from the stadium for families to reunite. Was just seeing if anyone else heard anything. You need to go hug a family member and stop being angry.

Report just said that Atlanta and Washington are on a call with MLB now, who has been discussing with DC police about security for the game.
My guess is that it will be canceled and a double-header played Tues or Wed. In all honesty, I believe that would be the right decision

Yeah, seems to be no official word just yet but Chip Caray just retweeted something about Davey Johnson saying double header tomorrow at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. EST.
