If Walt still gave a shite about Jesse, he never would have told them he was under the car.
That was a very spiteful, emotional move. Not a calculated one. He just wanted to inflict as much pain on Jesse as he was feeling in that moment. He gives zero fricks about his survival.

Jesse had suspicions about Walt regarding Mike when Mike disappeared.
Jesse realized Brock was poisoned by Walt when he was waiting to get his identity erased.
Walt owned up to poisoning Brock over the phone when he was frantically driving out to the desert.
