Offensive Targets Stay Hot
Game Notes:
--Roman Harper and Kenny Vaccaro rushed the passer a combined 10 times. Only Kansas City’s tandem of Eric Berry and Hussain Abdullah saw more pass rush opportunities (13).
--On 42 drop-backs, Matt Ryan saw pressure 20 times and his grade when pressured (-2.4) nearly wiped out his efficient play when throwing from a clean pocket (+2.5)… with no pressure: 17-of-21 and two touchdowns; with pressure: 8-of-17 with an interception and three sacks.
--The interior D-line pairing of Jonathan Babineaux and Corey Peters effectively shut down the middle of the line for any keep-‘em-honest run attempts the Saints had in mind.
--Game Ball given to Cam Jordan for all-around performance.

The most encouraging thing was finally seeing pressure from the defensive line. It's been years since that has happened.

people weren't making comparisons of Ingram to you when he was coming out of Bama. They were to Emmitt.

Ingram may never be great! That's fine. He doesn't have to be. Make him easier to keep. 
A lot of his carries seem to be unlucky. My dad and I were laughing. Pierre gets a clean or semi clean lane to run, but when Ingram got ball guys were in his lap immediately. Like the blocking broke down or a perfect stunt was called.
Pierre is just a damned solid player. All he does is make good plays. Stretches for first downs. the only screw up I can recall was the fumble against SF in playoffs. But to be fair he was unconscious before the ball or his body hit the ground so he gets a pass.

This still pisses me off!!!!!
There was no flag for helmet to helmet, but every damn call was going against us as I recall!
