I'm trying to price out a new house I'm building. Can anyone recommend a quality (not to pricy) brick layer, roofer and painter.

Many thanks!!

Call Tommy Pace at Pace Construction Services.

He can handle painting and drywall and possibly the framing.

This. He will give you a 10% discount when you mention the tigerdroppings website.

Tommy is Mr. Zachary. If he can't get you fixed up, he will tell you who can.

Prayers sent.

Are you owner financing or going through a lender? If lender, it would be very helpful to board to let them know who will allow borrower to be GC on new construction, as many will not.

I know Tommy. I didn't know he did residential. I'll give him a call. Thanks for the suggestion.

I won't be GC. Just trying to make sure I'm getting the best bid from my GC. Most banks in Zachary will allow you to be GC/borrower. Guaranty and Bank of Zachary.

Tommy may not do much residential but I've never seen him turn down a chance to make a dollar.
