Here are some of the Gem picks that went after me. (Everyone in our league has been playing for 3+ years minimum)

Gronk went at #11 overall (hilarity ensued)
Welker went #15 overall (B/c "he is awesome")
Also, Drew, Rodgers, P. Manning, Tom Brady, and Kaep were all taken by pick 18.
