Saturday before college football kickoff tailgating practice

Smoking pork loin, turkey breast, whole chicken, and Q'ing sausage and atomic buffalo turds. Rice dressing, beans and messican corn bread. Next saturday can't come fast enough!

Thinking of doing some variation of this. I'll either do just a straight BBQ Pulled pork on a buttered and toasted hot dog bun with a serving of cole slaw on the top. Or, I'll grill up some andouille and put the bbq pulled pork on top.

I'm doing same. Smoking a practice butt on the Weber in prep for doing a couple next weekend.
