just cuz it was so purty

yeah, da raiders are truly terrible but ya gotta love the time. Stills and Toon looked great with the 1's. Hate talking about guys we love leaving but Colston and Moore both are reaching the point where age can reduce performance while their cap hits increase significantly. The youngsters look like replacement models eventually.

great play i just wonder what took them so long to get open(not trying to be negative at all)...we will not get that type of time in the regular season. did they only rush 3?

look at Charles Brown keeping that guy back with one arm

They will be called the Raiders cuz they will have to scavenge so many cut players from other teams. Gawd awful. If you felt fearful of out LT situation just look at the bums they were fielding

The only thing about that play is Breees wanted Stills to break off his route earlier. When Drew scrambled Stills was just stagnant sitting on the sideline. Eventually he broke off and u can see drew run up to him and tell him to break sooner

For fun yesterday, I took out my iphone and used the stop-clock tool on the alarm clock app. I took measurements from snap/hike to release of various QB's.

Jags & Miami:
Blaine Gabbert: 2.6 to 2.9 secs just to hit a primary WR. If he went over 3 seconds, he was sacked every time.
Tanneyhill: 2.3 to 2.7 to hit a primary. If he went over 3.0 seconds, he was also sacked or he was so rushed, he threw a horrible ball incomplete.

Saints-Raiders
Drew Brees: 1.6 seconds to hit a primary. 1.9 seconds to hit a secondary target.
Flynn: 2.6 to 2.8 to hit a primary.
Griffin: 2.0 to 2.3 to hit a primary.
Wallace: One time took him 5.06 to release the ball and it was still incomplete.

General Rule: You'll probably be successful on a play if you can find a target around two seconds or less. If you are indecisive for 3 or more seconds, you will most likely get sacked or frick up the play, unless you are Drew Brees.

Cool stats.

It's make you appreciate how difficult it is to play QB in the NFL
