Cam love the kids

Youth camps are the way to go. Especially if you don't have a middle school that is a direct feeder into the high school. Coaches can see what talent they have coming in the future, but most importantly it gives the kid pride early about the school they will attend. It also lets the super dads gather and watch to actually do some drills correctly with their kids.
