are they engravable? I found this site. looks like you can put a logo on it and engrave as well. I emailed them to check.

Not sure, just did a quick search. You could always change the block on the bottom and add plates.

yeah. I like them, but I think it would be easier each year just to add to the the cup. instead of having name plates. I think this group of guys will continue to play in this league for a long time and having plates it may mean that they may fill up then we would have to find a new trophy

Exact opposite, as you can change the blocks to a larger size. Cost should also be accounted for, as the plates are something like $3 to add, engraved. Getting the cup engraved every year might be more expensive, just something to think about.

Try ebay. You can get some pretty cool trophies for not too bad. We got a Heisman pose and put it on a block. The winner gets to engrave their name and team name on the block. It will eventually fill up, but its got enough room for 20+ years. I think we got it done for less than 150.

I like the championship belts. Winner can wear it all year.

My league got a trophy like this our first year:

We just skipped the front nameplate and have been going with individual small plates with the team names for the champion. We'll be able to fit another 18 plates (for a total of 20) if no one goes double sized for their plate. It only about 70-80 bucks at a local trophy shop and then less than 10 for the newest name plate (which the winner pays).
