Need a design for a T-Shirt

Hey guys, first time to the Fark board but my mom bought us a trip to Disneyworld after her and my father got divorced this year but she wants to get "matching" shirts.
I'm trying to salvage this by making it somewhat cool while still giving her wish. I found this for when we go to Epcot to do the "Drink Around the World" but I can't find the original clip art. Wondering if one of you could work magic and do this, I really just need the black & white Mickey with the X's for eyes.

Both are on transparent backgrounds but one has a white face in case you needed it that way.

Someone told me that I needed these as an EPS file to have them printed on a shirt, do y'all know how to do this?

If you have a program like photoshop, all you have to do is open the image in photoshop and then Save As an EPS file type.
You can also convert them online. Here is a guide.

After finding a company that didn't care about trademark lawsuits, we finally got them put on a shirt. Here is the finished product:

No trademark lawsuits if they're for personal use and you don't sell them at all.

Well apparently custom ink dot com has a problem with it. The lady even told me she tried to bypass this legalize for a child's soccer team by using soccer balls for the head and ears and their legal team still denied it.
