That is one lucky dude. When you hear them "huff" like that, it means business.
Knowing that was a mama (note cub at end of vid), a Buffalo Bore .357 round would have met her half way up the tree had I been that hunter.

I live in NE Florida and we've had 3 black bear attacks here in my county in the last 15yrs...
no cubs were involved, actually 2 of the bears were boars
