do people really think the CWS had or would have had any bearing on their professional baseball careers or draft status? must not have watched much baseball prior to june. CWS success or lack thereof has very little, if any, correlation to a prospect's ability, potential, etc

My son went over to cheer the team as they left TD Ameritrade. Lots of fans and lots of tears from the players, they put their heart and soul into this. He talked to Raph's mom, thanked her for all that he did as a Tiger... more tears.
