Our Entitled Society live under the assumption that everything must be "their way or no way".
That is why people are depressed.
The only Oppression in your statement is in their minds.
Go out and find a job and start from there.
It's called the "bottom".
From there you work your way "up"
Everyone can't start from the "top" no matter how smart or deserving "they" think "they" are.
AS far as CJ goes.

The myth of unlimited upward mobility in America will not die easily. It is a logical extension of the trickle down theory which has created so much disparity in income and wealth in the US over the last 30 yrs or so.
Statistically, the odds for such upward mobility are much higher now in other, emerging economies.
