Help streaming the game HDMI related

We've connected my laptop to the big screen projector at the bar. Problem is that the sound also travels through the HDMI cable. Anyone know how to reroute the sound to the headphone output?

Are you using Windows? Have you tried the Manage Audio Devices box in the Control Panel?
