I've been quoted $29,102. Is this fair??

Honestly, I'm not the one to weigh in on this, but you should probably list what package and options are included as well as any possible dealer incentives.

Yeah depends on the package.....We got a fully loaded one last August. I think we paid 32K

Depends on the package, call your bank and get the actual dealer's invoice price. You should not be paying anywhere close to sticker(MSRP). I bought a 2011 model a few years ago for $200 over dealer cost, the truck has been great and at the time Toyota was offering 0.9% financing for 5 years.
