How's this work? Do you sit down and eat at each place or do they give you small plates to sample and chat?

i think its small plates and you share it and hang out. I'm wondering about the drinks, is there a discount or a drink per place? i hope someone that did it can give us some insight. I really want to try the magazine one coming up

Depending on how they do this, I could see it as possibly being fun. Their choice of restaurants so far has been kinda lame. Mellow Mushroom? GB's? I'm guessing the good restaurants don't want to participate just yet.

I agree, it's good in concept. I believe the first one they did was a complete washout.

This is unacceptable. Dishcrawl's "mysterious" nature isn't intriguing, and only seeks to hide their mediocrity.

That's what I'm worried about. I don't want to go to reginellis, rum house type places.

It's primarily just an advertising opportunity for the shops on Mag. Lure people to the area with cheap arse Champagne and sell some marked up antiques.

If the weather is nice, it's not the worst way to spend a Saturday. It's like a magazine st. white linen night. Much smaller scale.
