I've only had the Mugshots in Biloxi and I describe it the same way. Not good.
I found Rouls burger bad years ago.
But the absolute worst was from IHOP. Went one afternoon and didn't feel like breakfast food. I understand burgers are not IHOP's forte but damn. Just damn. Gross.

Superior Grill in Baton Rouge. It was soggy, undercooked and had a ton of breadcrumbs in the meat.
It tasted like wet, bloody sawdust.
I didn't like the burger at Burgersmith and the service was absolutely the worst.

Worst burger hands down was the same smokehouse bbq burger from Twin Peaks. Couldn't even finish it and paid the price for the half I did get down for about two days after.
Burgersmith is by far the BEST burger in BR. That's just my opinion though.
