I wonder the truth behind this article because I have heard literally nothing about it up to this point, but it sounds pretty definite. Use your own discretion.

Some interesting info about Sam Walton:

quote:

He launched a determined effort to market American-made products. Included in the effort was a willingness to find American manufacturers who could supply merchandise for the entire Wal-Mart chain at a price low enough to meet the foreign competition.[13]

This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Walmart is now. Shocking...

Only because American manufacturers failed to compete.

Well, they tried doing that for years and Kmart and other stores greatly appreciated it. It raised Walmarts prices through the roof and ran customers away. Smaller stores can do the made in America thing but not a superstore.

Wal Mart single-handedly bankrupted many American manufacturers. Sterilite, for example. Phuck them with an AIDS penis.

Seems like a good thing but I"m skeptical of the consequences of this law. It allows state officials to determine if you're carrying with criminal intent, which means an official who is against the free carrying of guns can charge you and then you get drug through court for no reason, costing you money.

I'd feel more safe from criminal charges if they kept the permit system..that permit guarantees you are safe from criminal charges for carrying. Hell just make getting a permit as easy as a background check and a 15 dollar fee just to ensure protection.

I wouldn't have a problem with this. Beats the hell out of the $200ish to get permitted.

Wal Mart is not what it once was. You could get low prices and good service. They paid well and gave good benefits. The dumbasses running it now are full of themselves. If someone were to return to the old Wal Mart formula they'd whip their arse. Sam is rolling in his grave.
