Anyone doing these lists from this point out should really just call them "top 4 New Orleans of Saints all time behind Drew Brees"

1. Drew Brees
2. Rickey Jackson
3. Deuce McAllister
4. Willie Roaf
5. Marques Colston

but you can't bash me for putting Deuce in the Top 5.

oooooh yes i can.

I think a lot of people would agree Deuce merits a Top 5 spot based on what he accomplished with the Saints

which wasn't much....

as well as in the community.

who gives a flying frick.

Deuce played his entire career with the Saints, unlike Brees, Jackson, and Glover. So that counts as well.

yeah only cause he was so terrible and fat and nobody wanted him.

I understand your point about Jackson. I wasn't watching football yet when the Dome Patrol were playing, so I never saw Mr. Jackson in action. I guess in my mind, separating him from the rest of the Dome Patrol and all they accomplished together was the reason I didn't put him in the Top 5. But hey, other than that, it's a good list though. At least we all agree on the #1 Saints of all-time, Drew Brees

archie was never ever the best at his position or even close to it. He was the best we had cause we had dog shite but that doesn't mean anything. Its not anything about being a youngster. He's not in the Top 5 best all time players we've had. He's mixed up in the colston's, joe horns about a few other long time stand out saints we had in late 80's/90's for me.

Archie definitely didn't blow.

He had the talent to be a HoF QB. Fact. He just happened to play on the worst teams of all time. He was sacked 340 times despite being extremely mobile, because of how poorly the Saints Oline played. I mean, we are talking the most dysfunctional stretch of time for any franchise ever.

He lead the Conference in passing on a 2 win team. I think he won MVP on a losing team. I mean...yeah.

Exactly.

Archie is a novelty of Saints history.
