Well, in all honesty, his film is pretty good. Could have seen him earning an offer with a solid camp performance.

If these are his actual words, he may have just talked himself out of one.

I'm curious as to how he could go to school out of district. Bossier doesn't have the magnet school setup like Shreveport does where kids can do that. And Bossier is pretty strict on kids staying within their school district.

Minority to majority rule which only affects one school in bossier parish bossier because you don't get many white kids wanting to m-m to a predominantly black school like bossier

There isn't better talent@ parkway they just have more depth. They dress out 70 plus and bossier dresses 35 or so. Bossier has no trouble playing the larger schools for a half or three quarters but eventually the depth gets you

Thanks for the reply. Interesting. So would that work to where any black kid attending Bossier High would be able to attend any school in the Parish as long as that school is majority white?

Yes any black kid attending bossier high can m-m to any of the other schools in the parish-- airline, parkway, haughton, benton--however only airline and parkway are the ones who predominantly recruit the bossier kids. Don't know of any m-m to Benton or haughton

Parkway is a lttle different than most schools in that it has alot of Air Force kids as does Airline.

When i went to school there we lost good talent sometimes because the parents would get transferred.

Ultimately if LSU wants him they will gt him. He is also a very good baseball player.

Brandon doesn't play baseball at parkway and never has. Obviously, most ppl on here haven't read the whole article.

You're thinking of Kolby Copeland who was the qb at Parkway before Brandon. Kolby is currently in a little trouble...suspended by MLB for 50 games for refusing to submit to a drug test. LINK
