He was picked to be the AL ROY by a few evaluators. Was very good in AA last year and also Spring Training. It was two terrible starts but it was also just his first two starts of his career.
Or he could be back in the minors in a week. Pick him up, keep him on your bench, see how he throws tomorrow. What do you have to lose?
