I'm getting kind of bored of the protein bars I make. Looking for something new.
Ingredients:
Vanilla or chocolate protein
Peanut butter
Oats
Almonds
Dark chocolate chips
Honey

This looks good. Is the binder the peanut butter only?

You don't really need a binder as far as I can tell. I've made it without peanut butter and it is still extremely sticky and stays together well. I refrigerate or freeze them. Others bake them. I bake granola bars.

My wife makes what she calls energy balls. The same type of things but rolled into balls. Normally she'll use whatever type of butter we have on hand. Today was: Peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, almond butter, hazelnut chocolate butter, flaxseed, oats, etc.
Her and my daughter just mix it all together in a bowl and then roll them into balls. My wife will flash freeze the balls on a tray and then place them in a ziploc bag. We normally just eat them right out of the freezer and they are delicious.

That sounds good. I just made granola bars with Andes Chocolate Mint chips instead of chocolate chips and they were unreal.

I used to make smoothies with vanilla protein, honey, peanut butter, and milk. Soooo good.
