Article on New Orleans' business and innovation boom

Not really fully Hornets related. If someone is hurt I put it on this board, they can RA. But I'ma make it Pelicanss related. If this progress continues and we can see some of these bigger businesses wanting to be in the city, that could be a huge opportunity for the team to get more sponsors, leading to more season ticket holders, etc. This is great for the city.
The article is long, but it's fully worth a read.
