Looks awesome.. those Gigabyte's look sweet in there. You are right about it being super dark... you need some Alchemy LED strips.

I didn't do a clean install. I switched from the X79-UP4 to the Z77-UP4 so I only had to change like 1 or 2 drivers.

I was thinking about upgrading to the 990 extreme4 from the 970 extreme3 so I can Sli later when I figure out which new gpu I'm going to get. I figured it was mandatory to do a clean install.

I always do a fresh install. I kept all my programs in another SSD to easily reinstall.
