I added a Citi Plat Select Advantage Card.
I may be traveling on the company dime this year and I will book my ridiculous airfares ($10K to Malaysia) and then get reimbursed so I can rack up on the air miles.

So you pretty much try and find the highest priced ticket?
With my points I've built up and the last two promotional sign up bonuses, I'll have save almost $2,000.

They let us fly business class and the cheapest is around $10K.
Now, I did offer to fly commercial (only $2K) if they cut me a $4K tax free bonus check for saving them $8K, but they declined.

I think I have 8.
2 shitty rewards cards and I didn't do any research.
1 crappy choice hotel I've used for 4 free nights.
2 decent cards on citi forward and chase amazon.
Just added chase sapphire preferred, pen fed gas, NFL extra points.
$400 sign up each on sapphire and NFL.
$0 paid in interest.

Crappy Walmart Card I've never used.
That's enough. I use the AMEX for everything- absolutely everything. I drop $2500 a month on that. I just got the Sapphire for the rewards.

Cause everytime you get one, it pings your credit a bit. I'm in the 730s right now at 27 with no home mortgage. I want to just let it ride for the next 2 years with no more inquiries.

My wife thought she was gonna play hardball and get them to waive an annual fee on a card. She sent them an email saying if they didn't waive she was gonna cancel, next time she logged in....account closed

I've only ever closed one CC. Bank of America is a bunch of crooks.
