No, he's got room to grow but he's pretty decently put together right now.

I meant if he plans on continuing to high jump in college. Serious high jumpers don't want alot of muscle....so I hope football is first or else he wont develope like he would if he was only fb...is he running track in college?

If you saw him play against that Florida school last year in the dome you saw a men among boys. Triple covered and still jumped up and made catches, he is a must get.

He's not quite good enough to jump in college (at the level he is expected to play in football). There were 16 high schoolers who jumped 7 feet+ last year. 23 in '11, 30 in '10, 40 in '09, 28 in '08.

Basically, you aren't an elite high jumper if you don't go 7 feet in high school. With a best of 6'8" he is probably at least a standard deviation away from 7'.

On top of that, maybe 10 guys in the world make $100k+ yearly at the high jump. Guys who are 6'3", who can run and catch and have 40"+ verticals tend to wipe their asses with $100k. He'd be foolish, in my opinion, to pursue the high jump unless he truly loves it.
