Pre-recorded call about gun rights meeting... (I have the number)

Anybody else get this? It's some guy with the last name Pratt who says they will have a meeting next week in Shreveport.

I'm wondering if they are just calling because of my political affiliation, like the calls you get around election time. Or is this a set-up by the government to see who shows up from "the list".

I googled and found nothing, but I called the number back and it played the message again...
